Muchammad Bagir

Muchammad Bagir is the Human Resources, General Affairs & IT Manager of InCorp Indonesia. He is dedicated to leading and managing the human resources and general administration team to support the business in achieving its goals.

He is responsible for developing and implementing strategies and initiatives to help the business attract, develop and retain talent. He also manages the team’s budget and ensures that the team provides a high level of service to the company.

Before joining InCorp, he was an IT executive at a global e-commerce company in Indonesia. He supported and developed the team, service & infrastructure after the company listed was on NYSE. Bagir graduated from Bina Nusantara University of Jakarta, majoring in Computer Science.
